The Alignment Map shows how all your OKRs connect across the organisation — from company level down through departments to teams. Every team member can see the full org tree regardless of OKR visibility settings.

Reading the map

OKRs are displayed as cards arranged in three rows: Company, Department, and Team. Connector lines show which department OKRs support the company OKR, and which team OKRs support their department.

  • Green tag — company-level OKR
  • Blue tag — department-level OKR
  • Purple tag — team-level OKR
  • Dashed amber border — OKR not yet connected to a parent

Expanding a card

Click the chevron on any card to expand it and see the key results, initiatives, and last 3 comments for that OKR. Click the OKR title to open a side panel with full details and a link to the OKR on the Goals page.

Connecting OKRs

Unconnected OKRs appear with a dashed amber border and a + Connect to parent button. Connecting OKRs is one of the most powerful things you can do — orgs that connect their OKRs convert to paid plans at 3.4× the rate of those who don't.

Disconnecting an OKR

Hover over a card and click the kebab (···) menu, then select Disconnect. The OKR moves to the unconnected state with a dashed border.

Filtering

Use the filter buttons at the top to show only Organisation, Department, or Team level OKRs. Use the cycle selector to view a different cycle. The "Highlight unconnected" button makes unconnected OKRs easy to find.

Everyone can see it

The Alignment Map shows all OKRs for all users — OKR visibility settings don't apply here. It's designed for org-wide transparency.
