Alignment map

The Alignment map gives you a visual overview of how OKRs connect across the organisation — from company goals down to team and individual OKRs.

What you see

The map displays OKRs in a hierarchy. Organisation OKRs appear at the top, with connected department, team, and individual OKRs branching below them. Connection lines show the parent-child relationships between OKRs.

Filtering

Use the filters in the top bar to:

Default view

The map defaults to showing OKRs from the cycle that contains your Organisation OKRs. If your annual OKRs and quarterly team OKRs are on different cycles, the map will load the cycle with Organisation OKRs so you always see the full picture.

Connecting OKRs

To connect an OKR to a parent, open the 3-dot menu on any OKR card and select Connect OKR. Choose the parent OKR from the picker. The connection appears on the map immediately.

Zoom and navigation

Use the zoom controls to scale the view. On large screens, scroll horizontally to see all OKRs at each level.

Why alignment matters
OKRs without parent connections are isolated. Use the Alignment map regularly to check that every team OKR traces back to a company goal.
