Weekly OKR summary (Monday 9am)
Sent to all Admins and Managers every Monday. Shows the organisation's health score, on track vs at risk counts, top 3 risks, and check-ins needed. Includes an AI Insight of the week on Scale and Expand plans.
Friday nudge email
Sent to everyone who owns a Key Result. Highlights your most at-risk OKR and asks one question. Reply directly to the email — your reply is added as a comment automatically. No login needed.
Check-in overdue
Sent when a KR hasn't been updated in 14 days. Goes to the KR owner only.
Health critical alert
Sent when an OKR health score drops below 40. Goes to the OKR owner and all Admins.
Cycle ending soon
Sent 7 days before a cycle ends to all Admins and Managers.
Managing your preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to turn individual email types on or off. Admins can also manage notification preferences for individual team members from the same page.
