Email notifications

OKRs Tool sends several types of email notifications to keep you and your team informed and on track.

Check-in reminders

Set a weekly check-in reminder day in Settings → Notifications. You receive a reminder email on that day if any of your Key Results have not been updated that week.

Weekly summary

A weekly digest of your organisation's OKR health, sent every Monday. Includes health score, KPIs, and any at-risk OKRs. Toggle this on or off in Settings → Notifications.

Leadership CC

Add email addresses in Settings → Notifications → CC on weekly summary to copy external stakeholders (CEO, board members, investors) on the weekly summary. They receive the same summary without needing to log in.

At-risk alerts

When an OKR moves to at-risk or off-track status, relevant members receive an email alert. These can be configured in Settings.

Review notifications

When a performance review cycle opens, participants receive email notifications. Reminder emails are sent when reviews are due.

Unsubscribing

Each notification email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage preferences in Settings → Notifications.
