Performance reviews
OKRs Tool includes a structured performance review system that connects individual performance to OKR outcomes. Reviews can be run at the end of each cycle or at any time.
Review types
- Manager review — a manager evaluates a direct report against their OKRs and competencies
- Self review — the individual evaluates their own performance
- 360 review — peer feedback collected from multiple colleagues
Starting a review cycle
Go to Reviews in the sidebar and click + New review cycle. Set the cycle name, select participants, and choose which review types to include.
Completing a review
Reviewees and reviewers receive email notifications when a review cycle opens. Each person completes their review directly in OKRs Tool. Reviews reference actual OKR progress data automatically — no copy-pasting numbers.
Review summaries
When all reviews are submitted, managers can view a combined summary. AI generates a draft summary narrative that managers can edit before sharing with the reviewee.
Private notes
Managers can add private notes visible only to admins and other managers. These do not appear in the summary shared with the reviewee.
Sharing results
Managers can share a review summary with the reviewee when they are ready. The reviewee receives a notification and can view the summary in their profile.
