OKR templates give you a starting point so you're not writing OKRs from scratch each quarter.

Using a template

Go to Templates in the sidebar. Browse by category (Growth, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, Customer Success) and click any template to preview it. Click Use template to create an OKR pre-filled with the objective and Key Results — edit them to fit your specific context.

Saving a custom template

After creating or editing an OKR, click the kebab menu (⋮) and select Save as template. Your custom template appears under "My templates" in the library, visible to the whole organisation.

Best practice

After your first cycle, save your best-performing OKRs as templates. They make it much faster to set up the next cycle and preserve the language and metrics that worked well.
