AI Insights is a weekly summary generated from your live OKR data. It surfaces what's going well, what needs attention, and suggests one specific action to take. Insights appear on the Dashboard and in full under Reports → Insights.

What insights cover

Each week, the AI analyses your OKRs and generates a narrative that covers:

  • Overall progress vs pace for the active cycle
  • KRs that are behind or at risk
  • KRs that are ahead of pace
  • A top suggested action with a specific impact estimate

Predicted Risks

Predicted Risks is a separate AI feature that goes beyond weekly summaries. It analyses check-in velocity for each KR and projects whether it will hit its target by cycle end — before it's officially "off track". See Predicted Risks for details.

AI Coach

AI Coach is a conversational AI interface that knows your live OKR data and can answer questions, help write KRs, and draft OKRs directly in the app. See AI Coach for details.
