AI Insights analyses your OKR data each week and surfaces observations, risks, and suggested actions — so you spot problems early and stay focused on what matters.

What insights cover

Insights are generated at three levels:

Organisation — overall health trends, cross-OKR patterns, team-wide observations
OKR — specific observations about an individual OKR's progress and health
Key Result — granular analysis of KR velocity, blockers, and trajectory

How they are generated

Insights are generated from check-in history, health score trends, initiative status, and linked KPI data. They regenerate weekly and when significant changes occur.

Strategy context

If your organisation has set a North Star, BHAG, or Annual Priorities on the Strategy canvas, AI Insights references this context automatically. Risk observations and suggested actions are framed around your strategic direction.

Where to find insights

View insights on the Dashboard in the AI Insights card, or click into any OKR or KR for specific insights on that item. The Insights page in Reports shows all insights in one place.

Insights improve with data

The more check-ins and history your workspace has, the more accurate and actionable insights become. Make sure your team is checking in weekly.
