Google integrations

OKRs Tool offers several Google integrations: sign-in with Google, Google Drive file attachments, and Google Workspace directory sync.

Sign in with Google

On the login page, click Continue with Google to sign in using your Google account. If your company email domain already has an OKRs Tool workspace, you may be prompted to request to join it instead of creating a new one.

Google Drive

You can attach Google Drive files to initiatives and reviews. When creating or editing an initiative, click Attach from Drive to browse and link files. Linked files appear on the initiative with a preview link.

Google Workspace directory sync

If your organisation uses Google Workspace, admins can connect the directory to sync team members automatically. Go to Integrations and connect Google Workspace. Once connected, OKRs Tool syncs the directory daily — adding new users and updating names and profile photos.

Admin only

Google Workspace directory sync requires a Google Workspace admin account to authorise. Only org admins in OKRs Tool can connect the integration.

Disconnecting

Go to Integrations and click Disconnect next to the relevant Google integration.
