OKR Retrospective

The OKR Retrospective helps teams reflect on a completed cycle — what went well, what didn't, and what to carry forward into the next quarter.

When to run a retrospective

Run a retrospective at the end of each cycle, before closing it and starting the next one. It typically takes 30–60 minutes with the full team.

How it works

Go to Reports → Retrospective and select the cycle to review. OKRs Tool automatically surfaces:

• Final health scores and progress for each OKR
• KRs that were completed, at risk, or missed
• Check-in notes from the cycle
• AI-generated observations and talking points

AI-generated retrospective

Click Generate retrospective to produce an AI-written narrative covering the cycle's highlights, challenges, and recommendations for the next cycle. You can edit this before sharing with the team.

Exporting

Export the retrospective as a PDF to share with stakeholders or keep as a record.
