Ideas
The Ideas board gives your team a place to capture suggestions, feature requests, and strategic ideas — separate from OKRs so they don't clutter your goal tracking.
Adding an idea
Go to Ideas in the sidebar and click + New idea. Give it a title and an optional description. You can also tag it with an area or category.
Idea statuses
- New — just submitted, not yet reviewed
- Under review — being considered
- Approved — accepted and ready to act on
- Declined — not moving forward
Voting
Team members can upvote ideas. Use the sort filter to surface the most popular ideas. Voting helps prioritise what to work on next.
Sorting and filtering
Use the search bar to find ideas by title. Filter by area using the dropdown. Sort alphabetically (A to Z or Z to A) or by most voted.
Editing an idea
Click the edit icon next to an idea title to update its title, description, or notes. Admins and the original submitter can edit ideas.
Promoting an idea to an OKR
When an idea is approved and ready to become an OKR, use the Promote action to convert it. The idea title becomes the objective and you can add Key Results in the standard OKR creation flow.
