If you're not receiving emails from OKRs Tool, here are the most common reasons and fixes.
Check your spam folder
Emails from OKRs Tool are sent from hello@okrstool.com. Check your spam or junk folder and mark them as not spam. Add hello@okrstool.com to your contacts to prevent future filtering.
Check your notification preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications and check that the email type you're expecting is turned on.
Check the email guardrails
OKRs Tool limits emails to avoid overloading your inbox:
- Maximum 1 email per day per user
- Maximum 3 automated emails per week
- If you logged in within the last 24 hours, nudge emails may be skipped
Magic link expired
Magic links for signing in expire after 1 hour. If your link has expired, go back to the sign-in page and request a new one.
