Email not arriving?

If you are not receiving emails from OKRs Tool, here are the most common causes and solutions.

Check your spam folder

OKRs Tool emails are sent from hello@okrstool.com. Check your spam or junk folder and mark the email as not spam if you find it there.

Add us to your contacts

Add hello@okrstool.com to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.

Corporate email filters

Some corporate email systems filter transactional emails. Ask your IT team to whitelist emails from okrstool.com.

Check your notification settings

Go to Settings → Notifications and verify that the notification types you expect are enabled.

Invite emails

Invite emails expire after 7 days. If an invitee hasn't received their invite or the link has expired, an admin can resend it from Settings → Members.

Still not arriving?

Contact us at hello@okrstool.com and include the email address that should be receiving the emails. We can check delivery logs on our end.
