The AI Coach is a conversational assistant that answers questions about OKRs, strategy, and your specific workspace data. Ask it anything — from how to write better Key Results to why a specific OKR is at risk.
What the AI Coach can do

- Help you write or improve Objectives and Key Results
- Analyse your workspace data and give specific recommendations
- Explain why an OKR is flagged at risk
- Suggest actions to get behind-pace KRs back on track
Strategy context
If your organisation has set a North Star, BHAG, or Annual Priorities on the Strategy canvas, the AI Coach uses this context automatically. Answers and recommendations are framed around your strategic direction, not generic advice.
Starting a conversation
Go to AI Coach in the sidebar. Type your question in the chat. The coach remembers the context of the conversation so you can ask follow-up questions without repeating yourself.
Data access
The AI Coach can only see data from your workspace. It does not have access to data from other organisations.
