Business reviews

Business reviews (MBR and QBR) give you a structured format for presenting OKR progress to leadership, the board, or your team. OKRs Tool generates a complete review document from your live data.

Monthly Business Review (MBR)

Go to Reports → Business Reviews and select Monthly. OKRs Tool compiles a review covering:

• Overall health score for the month
• Progress on each active OKR
• KPI highlights and trends
• Risks and blockers
• AI-generated narrative summary

Quarterly Business Review (QBR)

Select Quarterly for a more comprehensive view covering the full quarter. QBRs include cycle-level health trends, a breakdown of completed and missed KRs, and strategic recommendations for the next quarter.

Exporting

Export any business review as a PDF for sharing with stakeholders. The PDF includes your company branding and is formatted for presentation.

Sharing

Use the share link to give stakeholders a view of the review without requiring them to log in to OKRs Tool.
