OKRs Tool is GDPR compliant. You have the right to export your data and delete your account at any time.

Exporting your data

Go to Settings → Profile → Export my data. This generates an enriched JSON file containing your profile, all OKRs you own, all check-ins you submitted, all comments you added, and audit log entries attributed to you.

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Profile → Delete my account. Type DELETE to confirm. On deletion:

  • Your profile is permanently removed
  • Your entries in audit logs are anonymised (shown as "Deleted user")
  • Your owned KRs are reassigned to Unassigned
  • You receive a confirmation email
Note

If you are the only Admin, promote another member to Admin or delete the workspace first before deleting your account.

Deleting your workspace

Admins can delete the entire workspace from Settings → General → Delete workspace. This permanently deletes all OKRs, users, and data. Active subscriptions are cancelled automatically.
