Data export and deletion
You can export your OKR data at any time and request account deletion if you decide to leave.
Exporting data
Go to Settings → Import & Export. Click Export data to download your OKRs, Key Results, check-in history, and KPIs as a CSV file.
Deleting your account
To delete your personal account, go to Settings → Account and click Delete account. This removes your profile and access from the workspace but does not delete the organisation or its data.
Deleting the organisation
Only org admins can delete the entire organisation. Go to Settings → General and click Delete organisation. This permanently deletes all OKRs, KPIs, reviews, and member data. This action cannot be undone.
Export first
We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account or organisation. Deleted data cannot be recovered.Data retention
When an account is deleted, personal data is removed within 30 days in line with our privacy policy.
