If someone at your company has already created an OKRs Tool workspace, you may be able to join it automatically based on your email domain — instead of creating a separate workspace.

How domain joining works

When you sign up with a work email (e.g. name@acme.com) and a workspace already exists for that domain, OKRs Tool will show you a prompt to request access to that workspace instead of creating a new one.

  1. Go to go.okrstool.com/signup
  2. Enter your work email address
  3. If a matching workspace is found, you'll see a prompt: "A workspace already exists for acme.com — request to join?"
  4. Click Request to join
  5. An admin of that workspace receives a notification and can approve or decline your request
  6. Once approved, you'll receive an email with a link to access the workspace

For admins — approving join requests

Go to Settings → Members → Join requests. You'll see a list of pending requests with the requester's name and email. Click Approve to add them as a Member, or Decline to reject the request.

Approved members are added with the Member role by default. You can change their role after approval from Settings → Members.

Invited by a teammate?

If a teammate has already invited you by email, you'll receive a direct invite link — you don't need to go through the domain join flow.
