Jira integration
The Jira integration lets you link Jira issues to initiatives in OKRs Tool. Linked issues sync their status daily so you can see whether the underlying work is on track without switching tools.
Connecting Jira
Go to Integrations
Click Integrations in the sidebar.
Click Connect to Jira
Click Connect to Jira on the Jira card. You are redirected to Atlassian to authorise the connection.
Authorise access
Log in to Jira and grant OKRs Tool read access to your projects.
Return to OKRs Tool
You are redirected back to the Integrations page. The Jira card shows your connected workspace.
Linking an issue to an initiative
Open any initiative and click Link Jira issue. Search for issues by title or issue key. Select the issue to link it. The issue title, type, and status appear on the initiative.
Status sync
Linked issues sync their status every 24 hours. You can see the last synced time on the initiative card.
Disconnecting
Go to Integrations and click Disconnect on the Jira card. This removes the connection but does not delete previously linked issue data.
